Mission
To educate and train future leaders, innovators and engineers in electrical and computer engineering through creation, transfer, integration and application of knowledge in service to society, while providing a nourishing environment for creative activities of all the constituencies involved.
Goals
- Enable undergraduate students to achieve educational excellence in electrical and/or computer engineering.
- Enable graduate students to achieve research and educational excellence in electrical and/or computer engineering.
- Provide electrical and computer engineering professionals in the region with high quality and broad continuing education in electrical and computer engineering.
- Promote the creation and employment of new knowledge in design, analysis, testing and application in service to the profession and society.
- Enable local economic growth and diversification.
